Els volums de facturaci\u00f3 indiquen aquesta clara disminuci\u00f3 durant els tres anys anteriors, per la qual cosa, d&#8217;acord amb l&#8217;Estatut dels Treballadors, l&#8217;empresa notifica un acomiadament objectiu. El treballador s&#8217;oposa amb base en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;empresa forma part d&#8217;un grup ampli amb unes altres societats i demana ser recol\u00b7locat, per\u00f2 ni el tipus de treball ni la zona geogr\u00e0fica el permeten.
